These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GJ99 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the GJ99 website, mobile application, and all services offered through the GJ99 platform. This document is the official version applicable to all users in Malaysia.

By registering an account, making a deposit, clicking the "I Agree" button, or using GJ99's services in any other way, you expressly and irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines published by GJ99 from time to time.

• All information provided during registration – including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and banking details – must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GJ99 account password and must not share your login credentials with any other party.
• GJ99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal.

GJ99 accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions on GJ99 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions within your GJ99 account.

Accepted Deposit Methods at GJ99

GJ99 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, FPX Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are processed automatically within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. The minimum deposit is RM 10 across all payment methods.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the GJ99 member's own name. GJ99 does not accept deposits from third parties or on behalf of another person.
• GJ99 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal or unlawful activity without providing a reason.

GJ99 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian local bank account or e-wallet registered in the GJ99 member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request. GJ99 processes withdrawals in under one hour for regular members and within 15 minutes for GJ99 VIP members.
• GJ99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect all members.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.

• All GJ99 bonuses are subject to the applicable rollover (wagering requirement). The rollover requirement refers to the total amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The GJ99 welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts or different personal details constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• GJ99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or if a technical error occurred in the publication of the offer.

• All game outcomes are final. GJ99 will not alter the result of a completed game except in cases where a technical error is proven to have materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, GJ99 will endeavour to resolve the game based on available data. If a resolution cannot be reached, the wager may be returned to the member's account at GJ99's discretion.

• Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the GJ99 platform or attempting to compromise the security of the GJ99 system.

GJ99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons outlined in these terms or at GJ99's sole and absolute discretion. Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting GJ99 customer support.

• If your GJ99 account is suspended due to fraud or a breach of terms, all funds in the account — including any pending winnings — may be forfeited by GJ99, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
• If an account is closed at the member's own request with no breach of terms, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• GJ99 will notify members via their registered email of any account suspension, along with the relevant reasons, unless disclosure of such information would compromise an ongoing security investigation.
